Walter E. Justus - President and Owner
| Mr. Walter E. "Walt" Justus, fourth generation president of the Justus Companies (est. in 1910), has guided the daily operations and management of the company since 1987. Justus is a principal in all of the company owned partnerships, and personally supervises the direction of each of the company's departments, including Property/Asset Management, Development, and Construction. He has overseen the financing, development and construction of numerous multi-family apartments, homes, hotels, and commercial projects in Indiana, Florida, Kansas and California. Walt Justus personally oversees Justus Rental Properties, Justus Homes and Justus Company Realtors, among other entities and partnerships which are partnered within the Justus Organization. |
Scott Jeske - Executive Vice President
| Mr. Scott Jeske serves as Vice President of the Justus Companies, Inc. During his tenure, Jeske has been a key director in guiding Justus Rental Properties into the most recognized senior apartment companies in the Midwest. He is responsible for over 200 employees and all aspects of property and asset management as well as overseeing operations for Justus Assisted Living communities. Mr. Jeske is actively involved in virtually every aspect of the company's operations, marketing and technology-related initiatives. Scott is an officer on the executive board of the Indiana Apartment Association and a past winner of the Regional Property Manager of the Year. |
Sam Craig - Chief Financial Officer
| Mr. Craig has over thirty years of experience in all phases of the real estate industry, including management, development, finance and sales and acquisitions for both commercial and multi-family. He and his staff are currently responsible for the planning and execution of the Justus Companies, Inc. financial strategy, balance sheet management and corporate operations. He has oversight of the company's accounting/financial reporting, corporate finance, taxes, due diligence, risk management, human resources, and ancillary services. |
Suzanne Dennis - Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing for the Justus Companies, Suzanne Dennis is responsible for the marketing and advertising of Justus Rental Properties and Justus Homes. Her portfolio is comprised of conventional, tax credit and senior apartment communities, as well as new home construction and property development. Award winning strategies, increased occupancy and profit-driven success are her trademark.
Ms. Dennis has been in the apartment industry for 15 years, five of which have been specialized in senior housing. She is a National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty member, an NAAEI certified trainer, winner of multiple Indiana Apartment Association Prodigy Awards, and the 2006 Donald J. Williams Volunteer of the Year.

Kimberly Thomas - Regional Property Manager

As Regional Property Manager for the Crestwood Village portfolio, Kim is responsible for the leadership, management and oversight of multiple communities. Kim develops the operational standards and works closely with the Executive Directors of our senior communities to continually manage the implementation of the systems and processes that ensure we meet the needs and expectations of our residents while maximizing the profitability of the properties.
She is a champion of resident satisfaction and team building that has been in the senior housing industry for over 16 years. In addition to geriatric and senior housing studies, Mrs. Thomas is a graduate from Vincennes University School of Nursing, is Residential Care Assisted Living certified, and is a National Apartment Association Certified Apartment Manager.
